In a bowl/pyrex mix:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Herbs de Provence
1 tsp dill
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
mix together
Add on top:
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup cucumbers
Chopped cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp red onion
1 cup cooked orzo
cilantro
feta
Shake when you're ready to eat
